Hello and thank you for visiting God’s Precious Seed Christian Home Day Care Website. Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Larisha Oglesby.
I was born in Boston MA and I moved to Atlanta with my parents when I was 11 years old. In 2007 I married my wonderful husband Edward Oglesby Jr. We have been blessed with two beautiful daughters and a son. Mariah born 2008 ,Mia born 2011 and Edward III born 2014. I have over 10 years of experience working with children from 0-12 years of age.
I’ve worked as an after school Teacher/substitute teacher and summer camp Counselor for two daycares. My love for children started at the age of 9 years old. In the apartment complex where I lived in Boston, every Sunday I would gather up the kids in the neighborhood and have bible study.
We really enjoyed learning how to read and learning about God. I taught bible study for 2 years. I knew then that teaching young children was a desire I must fulfill.
